Ordered a Caudabe Sheath (Gray) case for my iPhone 12 Pro. Didn't like it, reached out to support at their listed email address and a such "Sarah" responded to the email with options about exchanges. No! I want the return address so I can return the case and get my money back. I have emailed a second time and no response. This is poor customer service, no matter how good the product may be it still does not justify poor customer service.
Legit scammers! Phone case sucked they guaranteed hassle free satisfaction. Asked me to purchase another phone case and they will issue full refund. Never received any refund!
!!! WARNING, SCAMMERS !!! They are scammers and thieves. They sent me faulty screen protectors. And they are not even responding to my emails for a refund or replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE, DON’T LET THEM SCAM YOU!
